Return Policy

  • Jewelry and/or Native American Made Jewelry sales are FINAL SALESNO returns, refunds or exchanges. 
  • Returns on other items (not Jewelry or Native American Made Jewelry) are accepted for store credit only.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at threepricklypearsllc@gmail.com.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  • Returns must be back to our storefront within 15 calendar days of the date received. 
  • Please ship return items to 1806 Matamoros St., Laredo, Texas 78040.
  • Buyer pays return shipping.
  • We will provide store credit via a gift card to your email, as soon as we receive your return and approve the return.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Merchandise must be in NEW condition. This means unworn, tags still attached or price still marked on the items in order to receive store credit for the returned item(s). If not in new condition, we will return the item(s) and customer is responsible for cost of shipping. 
  • Three Prickly Pears Boutique, LLC is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages. Customers can purchase shipping insurance through Route during check-out.  If shipping insurance through Route is declined, we recommend contacting USPS or UPS in this instance to file a claim. 
  • All items not approved for returns/store credit will be sent an invoice for return shipping. All customers have 5 days to pay invoices. Any invoices left open/unpaid after 5 days, item(s) will become store property and resold in the store front. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. 

Exchanges
Once the return is accepted and a gift card is issued, you will be able to make a separate purchase for the new item(s).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
